Advanced Cleaning & Restoration did an awesome job of remodeling & upgrading our bathroom. They did a demo of our old bathroom & walls and completely renovated using latest marble tiles on walls and LVP flooring. It looks super nice and has a rich relaxing ambience with new bath shower and taps fittings.They also fixed a new vanity and medicine cabinet then repainted on new dry walls multiple times till it looked luxurious.Our heartfelt thanks to Mngr Steven & expert craftsmen viz. Dee, Tyler, Curtis, Scott, Shayla & their assistant techs Nathan, Dillon & Henry who were absolutely awesome in their expertise & commitment & also wonderful people to work with!Manager Steven is a perfectionist & expert in Remodelling and guiding his team.Aishie at their office was very nice and helpful & since we were falling short of time some other projects we plan to get done next year. Another advantage with Advanced is they are a one window shop. They manage to get experts in different discipline & trades so we don’t have to chase different experts by searching for them. Advance Cleaning and restoration I’ve never had this done and I was leaving the apartment that I had and I wanted to be nice and clean and fresh. Nate and Dennis from ADVANCED did an excellent job. They were here on time very polite very courteous. I couldn’t ask for a better cleaning job with the apartment. They vacuumed the floors the brand new the sink to countertop. Everything is great looking. I went away to when the doctors appointment came back and it looks sensational. It smells wonderful and because of Dennis and Nate and their hard work here, I would hire them if I was gonna stay in the state, but I’m so glad that they were the ones that come and clean my house I would recommend them give him a five star and there are two excellent excellent people and cleaners and very personable. I would recommend them to anybody in the state of Idaho, thanks for reading my review and again ADVANCED cleaning and restoration. They’re excellent and make sure you ask for Dennis and Nate . it was worth everything else again thank you

These guys absolutely went above and beyond any expectations I had for a restoration company! We had several companies out to bid our project when we discovered extensive model in our kitchen and bathroom floor and not only were they the quickest to respond, they had the best estimate by a LONG shot! Understanding that insurance wouldn't be covering the damage, the project manager, Shawndae, was so understanding and respectful of the fact that I would be paying out of pocket. She was so patient with my millions of questions and concerns about going over budget on the mold mitigation and even when things turned out to be worse than originally expected, that original estimate held. And again, it was done for significantly less than the other companies we talked to. Skyler, Shayla, and Mike worked their butts off to get everything done as quickly as possible and were just amazing. They all deserve a raise! They were patient with my questions and communicated exceptionally well as they made progress and explored the extent of the mold. 5 stars doesn't quite do it justice. They honestly turned a horrendously stressful situation into something I look back on as an explicit blessing. They are all a literal God send.

I had a questionable musty smell in my basement, so I called Advanced and they set up a consultation for the next day. They came with instruments to look for water in the walls, baseboards, and ceiling and were very thorough checking everything out. Unexpected home disasters are never fun but when our house flooded we got the absolute pleasure to work with Shayla and Mike. They helped us every step of the way when our house was covered in fans and hoses, they were so amazing and went above and beyond including saying hi to the dogs when they came in the house so they would know who was there. When we got to the restoration part, Joe went through timelines and what to expect. Nolan communicated well and when we hit bumps in the road, Nolan and Joe did everything they could to find resolutions. Overall my experience (even in the mess of it all) was good.

Wow. Our experience with AC&R was incredible. From the first call made to tell them that we were experiencing a horrible flood to the very last walk through, we had impeccable customer service. From the agent who took our first panicked and tearful call, to the mitigation team (Michelle), to Nolan who oversaw the connection with our insurance company and budget, to Joe who oversaw the rebuild, we were treated with professionalism, kindness, fairness and optimism. They promised at the beginning of the project that we'd never know that a flood had occurred and they stayed true to their promise. I would say, they tried to leave it better than they found it.
